Many of our members belong to one or more of the Guild’s embroidery groups. Most groups meet weekly in locations across the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA. They provide a sociable and supportive environment in which to learn embroidery techniques. Most groups have a broad interest in traditional and contemporary hand embroidery. You may work on your own projects with support from other group members or join in the group’s structured learning program.

Some Groups have a specialised focus such as contemporary embroidery and textile art, lace making, or machine embroidery. Once you become a Guild member you can join as many groups as you wish. Groups charge a small fee to cover the costs of room hire.

If you are interested in joining a group contact the Group Leader for information about what to bring and to confirm the group is meeting on the days indicated.
