There are many skilled embroiderers in the Guild. Perhaps you are one of those and would like to pass on your skills by tutoring or teaching others but don’t feel confident about delivering a lesson. This four-day course will equip you with essential skills for teaching a class or workshop.


Content includes:

·         How adults learn so that you can effectively engage with your students.

·         Setting realistic and achievable objectives.

·         Organising your material and writing lesson plans that work.

·         Communication and presentation skills to facilitate learning and gracefully manage difficult situations.


Dates: Sunday July 3rd,

            Sunday July 17th 

            Saturday and Sunday July 30th and 31st

Time:  9.30am - 3.30pm

Tutors:  Helen Jones and Glen Hall

Skill Level:  All welcome

Class Fees:

EGWA Member $120.00
