Come and join your fellow embroiderers on an afternoon where various tutors have volunteered to share their experience with the special things they have learnt over many years.
These little tips and tricks make all the difference to the appearance of your finished embroideries.
Included will be:
Closures for a variety of bags,
Joining 3 D pieces,
Cord making by machine and hand,
Design tips for non-artists,
Beading tips and many more…..
We have eight of our very experienced embroiderers willing to show how to finish your embroidery in a professional way.
Some of the tips include:
- How to add an embroidered bag to a metal handle
- Joining 3 dimensional pieces together
- Hand beading and Embellishment
- How to make a twisted cord easily
- Machine tricks for beading
Our tutors will be at Guild House to show you all of the above tips and more. Come and join us from 1pm to 4pm. Most of the tips and tricks will be by demonstration only but you are welcome to take notes or photo's on your phone,
No cost for members, be quick to register.
