Great news! We are now able to advise you that there is a video recording of Ann-Marie Anderson-Mayes’, “Your Brain on Embroidery - why your stitching is even better for you than you thought”, was recorded by Ann-Marie with the assistance of her husband and is now available to watch on line.  In the talk Ann-Marie gives us a glimpse of the current evidence that supports the understanding that we all have, that our embroidery is good for us - for our satisfaction with life and or management of our stress levels and general mental health.  Ann-Marie challenges us as individuals to spread the word, and as a Guild, to build on our 55 year history and  participate more actively in the social prescribing sphere.”
